Good Friday in Nigeria


Today being Friday marks Good Friday in the whole world. It is a great day in the lives of Christians and others who recognize its importance all over the world.

                                            

The Crucifix inside the Church was already covered by purple cloth to remind the faithful of the passion of Christ.



 More people came around and paid homage and repented of their faults. Christ is crucified.




In Abuja Nigeria, West Africa; at the Our Lady Queen of Nigeria Pro Cathedral, it was marked with the usual solemnity of the Stations of the Cross.


                                      

It was acted in a prayerful drama to remind the faithful of the sufferings that Jesus Christ passed through to save mankind from eternal damnation of hell.

In Galilee of Israel lies a small village called Eilaboun. It’s located east of Galilee with about 5,000 residents. Its history dated back to 4,000 years ago. Conclusively, that is the main route trail of Jesus Christ.                                         The village Eilaboun is known with a lovely cultural dance known as Dabka dance, an ancient traditional dance.
